Get YOUR Political Contribution Refund in 3 EASY Steps: 

1. Make a contribution. Up to $75/individual and up to $150/married couple can be refunded. (Please send your best contribution.)
2. Receive a PCR Application and EP-3 Receipt from us in the mail.
3. Fill out the PCR Application and mail it along with the EP-3 receipt to the MN Dept of Revenue.

You will  typically receive the refund within 2 weeks of sending in the application and receipt. Direct deposit is also available.
