The Minnesota Political Contribution Refund Program is back!
After you make a contribution, this is what will happen next.
1. Fill out this online PDF application. Form PCR (instructions included)
2. Print a copy and sign it.
3. Attach your receipt (Form EP-3) to the application (Form PCR).
4. Mail the application form and receipt to the Minnesota Department of Revenue at:

Minnesota Department of Revenue
St. Paul, MN 55146-1800
5. Get your refund as a check or direct deposited into your account!
Be sure to follow up with me if you do not receive a receipt (Form EP-3) to obtain the Political Contribution Refund a few days after you submitted your contribution.
